時常在影集中 看到美國警察在抓到犯人時 常會念一大串的文字

英文叫做"Miranda rights"

The police are "reading someone their rights"

例如 I read him his rights and then put him in the police car.

“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.”

You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you.
